Sugarless Apple Dessert

Ingredients:
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (12-ounce) can unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate, diluted with 1 can water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5 cups peeled, sliced apple
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine
Procedure:
- Combine gelatin, apple concentrate, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in a large skillet, stirring well. Let it stand for 1 minute.
- Cook over low heat for 1 minute or until gelatin dissolves.
- Add apple. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
- Add margarine, stirring gently until margarine melts. Remove from heat, cover and let it chill.
- To serve, spoon mixture evenly into individual dessert dishes.
