Roll-up Problems

Ever since we put up a roll-up door in our garage, it has been a heck of a problem everyday. It’s not motor driven and you are required to pull some extra energy every morning just to lift them up. Also the garage door openers are broken too.

This has been a problem and I want to get rid of it already. One solution I am thinking is to totally remove it or perhaps contact a specialist to put a motor pulley on the roll-up. What do you think?
