DINNER

1 serving Cauliflower au Gratin Soup

3 ounces Broiled Chicken Breast

1/2 cup Cooked Chopped Spinach

1 1/2 cups Mixed Green Salad with  1 tablespoon Creamy Italian Dressing and 1 teaspoon each imitation bacon bits and grated Parmesan Cheese.

12 large Grapes

1/2 cup Skim Milk

Coffee, Tea, or Water

SNACKS

1/2 cup low calorie lemon flavored gelatin; 1/2 cup skim milk
