Need Abs?
My wife told me that my weight is already enough and I just need to work on some of my muscle to tone it up. I need a regular exercise and perhaps a couple of diet. I don’t need hard work outs just to have a muscular body. For sure I don’t want to look like a pregnant man with loose belly and that is why I just want to have some abs on the side to make it more good looking in a way. Maybe a pull up station will help me achieve my goal. What do you think?
