Macaroni Salad
- Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked macaroni
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 radishes, sliced
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Procedure:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Drain and allow to cool.
- Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, vinegar, and pepper together to make a dressing.
- Toss macaroni, dressing, and remaining ingredients together.
- Chill and serve cold.
