Serving size: 2/3 cup
Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 thin lemon slices with rind
1 cinnamon stick
2 thin orange slices with rind
3 whole cloves
3 or 4 regular-size tea bags,
Dash of ground nutmeg (as desired)
Procedure:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; simmer 10 minutes
2. Add tea bags, and let steep to taste. Remove tea bags, cinnamon stick, and cloves, and serve warm.
Tip:

Use cinnamon sticks for hot beverage stirrer or float thin lemon slices on top for garnish and eye appeal.
