Full HD Eye Glasses

Slowly but surely I am beginning to fall and most likely wear eyeglasses. I am seeing the true potential of having it everyday specially when watching tv with subtitles. My wife who has been using eyeglasses for a year now always tell me that it’s like having a full HD picture when you are wearing it. I want to test the waters so basically I will look for some cheap eyeglasses first.
