I am slowly but surely beginning to understand how important to clean our colon. When my mother got a colonoscopy, the doctor said that she have had developed some polyps and that is not good. Luckily, we we’re able to see it coming and now she is taking precautionary measures on how not to have that once again. I was told by the doctor as well to get a colonoscopy before age 40. Because he said that I might have a good chance of developing too since my mother got one already.

I think it’s about time to know more about colon cleanse.
