Eat these foods in moderation:

Poultry Sea Foods (Crabs, Oysters, Eels, Shrimps) Vegetables (Asparagus, Spinach, Mushrooms and Cauliflower) Beverages Fats Fish (Except those under Group III) Legumes (Beans, Lentils) Meat Meat soups and broths Oatmeal Butter |
