Group I

You can eat any of these foods:

Fruits

Gelatin

Milk, Bread, Sugar , Syrups

Tea and Coffee

Eggs

Vegetables (Except under Group II)

Wheat and Cereal Products

Cheese

Group II

Eat these foods in moderation:

Poultry

Sea Foods (Crabs, Oysters, Eels, Shrimps)

Vegetables (Asparagus, Spinach, Mushrooms and Cauliflower)

Beverages

Fats

Fish (Except those under Group III)

Legumes (Beans, Lentils)

Meat

Meat soups and broths

Oatmeal

Butter

Group III

AVOID THESE FOODS!!!

Mussels

Meat Extracts

Brains

Gravies

Fish Sauce

Sweet Breads

Yeast

Anchovies

Internal Organs (Chicken/Pork Liver, Kidney, etc.)

Sardines

Mackerel

Alcohol (Beer, Rum, Brady, etc.)
