Cocoa Drink

- Serving Size: 1 Cup
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons unsweetened 3 cups skim milk
cocoa Sugar substitute to equal 8
¼ teaspoon salt teaspoons sugar
1 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS IN PREPARATION:
- Combine cocoa and salt in a small saucepan. Add water, and place over low heat or in top of a double boiler. Boil gently, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Add milk and sugar substitute. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat immediately.
- Stir in vanilla, and serve warm.
