Car Wash Business

There was a plan before to put up a car wash business in one of our idle commercial lot. The plan was simple, a car wash business with free wifi. Then when my brother join our conversation the simple car wash business becomes an auto shop complete with auto shop software for calibration and tuning. Before we end the meeting I ask about the budget and all of a sudden everyone becomes silent and goes back to the drawing board of putting up a car wash business.
