Calorie Bargains, It Does Not Always Pay to be Thrifty
Buying ten kinds of ice cream to find one that you really like may at first sound to you like a waste of money rather than a bargain, but it’s really important that your bargains be foods that you like, and there’s no way of knowing that until you’ve tasted them. If a client had bought just one kind of low calorie ice cream and did not like it, he might not have looked any further, and then he’d never have saved those 200 calories a day or lost those pound. In the long run, spending a little to save a lot really is a bargain, especially when you consider how much money you have already spent on diet products, programs, and books.
And the same goes for foods you don’t like. If you don’t really like it you should not be eating it, even if you have already paid for it. If you eat it and gain weight, you’ll be paying twice, so, when it comes to Calorie Bargains, It doesn’t always pay to be thrifty.
