Apricot Fizz

  • Exchanges: 1 fruit
  • Serving Size: 1 cup
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

3 cups unsweetened apricot juice chilled

3 cups sugar-free ginger ale, chilled

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients, stir well.
  2. pour into individual glasses, and serve immediately

Tip:

  • If unsweetened apricot juice is not available, you can use unsweetened apricot nectar. Or try unsweetened peach juice instead of apricot juice 1 cup will still equal 1 Fruit Exchange.
